How to set daily reminder?
Open the app settings and enable reminders. If reminders do not trigger,
please check your system notification permissions.
How does streak work?
A streak increases when you complete your daily task. Missing a day may break the streak,
depending on your settings and challenge mode.
How to reset streak?
You can reset your streak in the app settings. If the reset option is not available in your version,
contact support and we will guide you.
How to restore purchases?
If OneThing offers in-app purchases or subscriptions in the future, you can restore them via
the "Restore Purchases" option in the app settings.
How to delete my data?
Current versions of OneThing do not collect personal data. If future versions store account-related
data (such as leaderboard features), you may request deletion by contacting support@dch.asia.
